The Levers Calculator is a specialized tool designed for quick and accurate computation of lever-related physics and math parameters. It allows users to determine effort force, load force, distances from the load and effort forces to the fulcrum, as well as the mechanical advantage of a lever system.

A lever functions as a simple machine comprising a rigid beam or rod that pivots around a fixed fulcrum. Based on the relative positions of the fulcrum, load, and effort, levers are categorized into three classes. They serve to amplify input force, thereby producing greater output force through leverage. The mechanical advantage (MA) quantifies this force amplification, defined as the ratio of output force to input force.

Classes of levers include:

<li>Class 1: Fulcrum placed between effort and load (e.g., seesaw, crowbar).</li>
<li>Class 2: Load positioned between effort and fulcrum (e.g., wheelbarrow, nutcracker).</li>
<li>Class 3: Effort applied between load and fulcrum (e.g., tweezers, human mandible).</li>
</ol>

The mechanical advantage can be understood through the law of the lever, which states that the moments on either side of the fulcrum are equal:

<li>Dl = distance from load to fulcrum (m or ft)</li>
<li>De = distance from effort to fulcrum (m or ft)</li>

where m is mass in kilograms and g is the acceleration due to gravity (9.81 m/s²).
